The Who, Ed Sheeran and Yungblud are among the artists set to perform during the Teenage Cancer Trust’s annual music concert series at London’s Royal Albert Hall during March 21 – 27.
Bedford rock outfit Don Broco will kick off the week on March 21, followed by An Evening of Comedy on March 22.
Yungblud performs on March 23, legends Madness on March 24, and The Who playing a very special acoustic show on March 25. The iconic Liam Gallagher will play on March 26, while global superstar Ed Sheeran will perform on March 27 to round off an incredible week.
The charity event, raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust, returns after a break of two years due to Covid.
Eligible young people previously cared for at Teenage Cancer Trust hospital units around the U.K. will visit the Royal Albert Hall throughout the week of concerts and enjoy all the action from VIP seating.
Roger Daltrey, Teenage Cancer Trust Honorary Patron, said, “Live music has been hit hard by the pandemic and it has been particularly frustrating for me that we haven’t been able to get artists on stage to raise money for this vitally important cause.”
“My wonderful team and I have pulled out all the stops to make this 20th series of shows for Teenage Cancer Trust the best ever. The Who will be back on stage this year at the Hall alongside some wonderful talent,” he added.
Tickets go on sale on February 25 at 9 am at www.teenagecancertrust.org/gigs
