Former KISS drummer Peter Criss is set to join three other former members of the iconic rock band at the Nashville Creatures Fest over Memorial Day weekend.
Criss will join Ace Frehly, Vinny Vincent and Bruce Kulick at the festival. It is not clear when Criss is going to perform, but the organizers have said that the he will play a few songs.
Promoter of the festival, Neil Davis, said in a Facebook video that Frehly will perform on opening night and the audience will be allowed to vote for their favorite KISS song.
“Everybody’s who’s purchased tickets to Creatures Fest … will have the opportunity to vote on songs,” Davis said. “As Kiss fans, we always say the songs that we’d like to hear at live performances. This is our chance.”
Vinvent is scheduled to perform on the following night, while Kulick will close out festival on Sunday. As per reports, Criss’ performance is going to depend on how his knee recovers after his replacement surgery on March 16.
If he is unable to play on the drums, Criss will sing for the audience and also be a part of the fans meet and greet.
