Rock & Roll Hall of Famer James Taylor has announced a 2022 U.S. Summer Tour with his All-Star Band.
The 20-show tour will kick off on June 21 at Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, South Carolina, and wrap up on July 30 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
On August 20, Taylor will perform as a special guest for the 90th Birthday Celebration of composer John Williams at the Tanglewood in Lenox, Massachusetts.
The event will feature the Boston Symphony Orchestra conducted by Ken-David Masur. Special guests also include Branford Marsalis and Yo-Yo Ma.
The U.S. summer tour, called “An Evening With James & His All-Star Band,” will be followed by a European tour beginning in September.
Ahead of the U.S. Tour, Taylor has scheduled a Canada Tour with Jackson Browne in April-May.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on March 25.
