Following the announcement of the new album The Boy Named If, Elvis Costello & The Imposters have announced a U.K. tour in support of the album.
The tour kicks off at the Brighton Dome on June 5, 2022, and culminates with a show at London’s Hammersmith Eventim Apollo on June 23. The Boy Named If is due to be released on January 14 on EMI.
Costello will return to the U.K. with The Imposters along with Charlie Sexton for an extensive run of dates.
The Imposters’ line up consists of Steve Nieve on keyboards; Pete Thomas on drums and Davey Faragher on bass and backing vocals.
Ian Prowse will be opening the show, performing songs from his upcoming album, One Hand on the Starry Plough.
