Demi Lovato, Brandi Carlile and H.E.R. will be performing a tribute to Elton John, honoring his life, legacy and music, during the eighth annual iHeartRadio Music Awards on Thursday.

The iHeartRadio Icon Award will be presented to the music legend during the ceremony, which will be held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.

Introduced by Chris Martin and Lil Nas X, Elton will be celebrated for his global impact on pop culture, longevity and continued relevance as a touring and radio force with a loyal fan base worldwide.

The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, Bruno Mars, Anderson .Paak, Dan + Shay, Doja Cat and Usher also are scheduled to perform during the awards show.

The musical event, hosted by Usher, will be aired live on iHeartMedia radio stations nationwide and on the iHeartRadio app from 8 to 10 PM ET.
